TLDR; These guys are superstars! I cannot recommend them enough. Came in with a reasonable price, incredible service, and great craftsmanship. They care a lot about their clients and do anything to make them happy. ----- We had a leak in our roof which we had hired an independent contractor to repair. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with him and he left our project half completed. We called Alma and they came out for an inspection the next week. Dar, who came out to do the inspection, was our project manager, and with us throughout the entire project. He thoroughly explained all of the issues with our roof, gave us a quote for the damaged section as well as a full roof replacement. For context, we have a huge roof, somewhere around 5000 sqft I believe, and it was nearing 40 years old. So, we decided to go with the full roof replacement....

From my very first call for the estimate to the end of the job with the city inspection approval, the project manager Dar Palti and his team exceeded all of my expectations with their excellence. The estimate was very detailed with aerial photos of my roof, a diagram with the measurements, and a corresponding list of materials and labor. Also included were copies of their State contractor's license, liability insurance coverage, and business licenses. Everything was handled with complete transparency.
