My roof replacement experience with Alma Roofing has been absolutely phenomenal. From my very first call for the estimate to the end of the job with the city inspection approval, the project manager Dar Palti and his team exceeded all of my expectations with their excellence. The estimate was very detailed with aerial photos of my roof, a diagram with the measurements, and a corresponding list of materials and labor. Also included were copies of their State contractor's license, liability insurance coverage, and business licenses. Everything was handled with complete transparency. The level of responsive and ongoing communication was amazing. I was given links to the roofing material manufacturers they order from not only select my shingles, but also to learn how materials are designed for roofs in each region of the country, the warranties, etc. I learned a lot. Alma Roofing did a fantastic job on the roof for one of our properties. HOA's rarely have to deal with replacing a roof since that is something that happens every 40 years but Alma Roofing made it easy to understand the different options. From the very beginning they were very communicative in laying out the different plans and staying within their overall budget. Yuval was very involved the entire process until the very end. He wanted the community to be satisfied with the end product. Alli and their entire team was very responsive through the whole process and easy to get a hold of. The inspector mentioned that this was a great roof and could last more than 40 years and possibly 50 years. Here are some photos of the final product. TLDR; These guys are superstars! I cannot recommend them enough. Came in with a reasonable price, incredible service, and great craftsmanship. They care a lot about their clients and do anything to make them happy. ----- We had a leak in our roof which we had hired an independent contractor to repair. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with him and he left our project half completed. We called Alma and they came out for an inspection the next week. Dar, who came out to do the inspection, was our project manager, and with us throughout the entire project. He thoroughly explained all of the issues with our roof, gave us a quote for the damaged section as well as a full roof replacement. For context, we have a huge roof, somewhere around 5000 sqft I believe, and it was nearing 40 years old. So, we decided to go with the full roof replacement....

Most strongly recommend Alma Roofing. Dar and his crew are very professional. Work was completed in a timely fashion leaving the property clean and in great condition. Dar kept me informed throughout the process from being to end. This company is world class.

I had a Great experience with Alma roofing. Yuval himself came out to my property made an assessment and provided me with all the findings that needed attention. Many pictures were provided to me during and after work completion, showing the work process. Once work was finished Yuval re-assessed the work completion QUALITY, which I valued . I appreciated doing business with Alma roofing because the COST remained the same, no extra charges. I appreciate the WORK FINISHED ON TIME as discussed previously and the PROFESSIONALISM it was handled. I will gladly consider Alma roofing on my next roofing need. MO
