Shayna responded quickly and set up an inspection with the owner, Yuvol. He was skilled, knowledgeable, and transparent about our options. The recent rains revealed a leak in my ca.1980 tile roof! It was time to finally bite the bullet and replace the underlayment (which google says lasts 20-30 years). I got estimates from 3 companies that were similar but different at the same time. As with all contracts, careful attention to the terms is highly recommended. By far the most prompt and responsive company was Alma. I highly recommend Dar P. , the project manager! Dar answered all my questions and concerns and the work was completed on time! With the attention to details shown in this project, I am looking forward to many years of leak free living!
