My roof replacement experience with Alma Roofing has been absolutely phenomenal. From my very first call for the estimate to the end of the job with the city inspection approval, the project manager Dar Palti and his team exceeded all of my expectations with their excellence. The estimate was very detailed with aerial photos of my roof, a diagram with the measurements, and a corresponding list of materials and labor. Also included were copies of their State contractor's license, liability insurance coverage, and business licenses. Everything was handled with complete transparency. The level of responsive and ongoing communication was amazing. Alma Roofing did a fantastic job on the roof for one of our properties. HOA's rarely have to deal with replacing a roof since that is something that happens every 40 years but Alma Roofing made it easy to understand the different options. From the very beginning they were very communicative in laying out the different plans and staying within their overall budget. Yuval was very involved the entire process until the very end. He wanted the community to be satisfied with the end product. Alli and their entire team was very responsive through the whole process and easy to get a hold of. The inspector mentioned that this was a great roof and could last more than 40 years and possibly 50 years. Here are some photos of the final product.
