This project included a full roof replacement combining dimensional asphalt shingles and torch-applied flat roofing. The pitched sections were re-roofed in a rich brown shingle that complements the home’s exterior and provides lasting curb appeal. For the flat areas, a torch-down roofing system was installed to ensure waterproofing and durability in low-slope sections.
Special care was taken to work around the existing solar panels, preserving system integrity while delivering a clean, high-performance finish across the entire roof.
