He laid out all options and went over everything with us in a very detailed manner. Gave us all the information and helped us make the best decision for our needs. All our questions were answered and we were never pressured in any way. Yuval was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process of deciding which way we would go on our roof. Alma Roofing did a great job of re-roofing a section of our education building at Pacific Beach Presbyterian Church where I serve as part of volunteer facility maintenance team. A bad leak had developed and Yuval and the Alma team identified two sources for that leak. They were able to fix both problem areas as they installed the new roof that will prevent future leaks. Alma Roofing did a fantastic job on the roof for one of our properties. HOA's rarely have to deal with replacing a roof since that is something that happens every 40 years but Alma Roofing made it easy to understand the different options. From the very beginning they were very communicative in laying out the different plans and staying within their overall budget. Yuval was very involved the entire process until the very end. He wanted the community to be satisfied with the end product. Alli and their entire team was very responsive through the whole process and easy to get a hold of. The inspector mentioned that this was a great roof and could last more than 40 years and possibly 50 years. Here are some photos of the final product. He coordinated the crew, handled ordering customized shingles, addressed homeowner concerns, and kept the project moving forward despite scheduling challenges. What really stood out was his ability to prioritize our home when we had an open roof and a major rainstorm approaching. He understood the urgency and made sure our house was moved up in the schedule so the roof could be secured before the weather hit. Dar consistently followed up and followed through.
